Good PR Excercise
by Nice Thinker on Nov 13, 2014 09:21 PM  | Hide replies

Dear Rediff,
Please put a disclaimer on how much you got paid for this PR excercise. This Adani guy may be a great acheiver, but its nowhere compared to the startup guys who fight it day and night to make a place in the market. We as your readers will never get inspired by such stories of companies, for whom the government has kept a backdoor open.
Please come up with some inspiring stories henceforth.

IT's so obvious these days to put up a great photos hoped picture and market it as existing infrastructure/property. Ask any amdavadi who has to deal with these crooks , They started a scheme with big pronouncement and better pictures and facilities than cisco world class office in Bangalore. recession hit the markets. Investor couldn't recover money can't get justice from court and obvious government backing. I am not even sure whether ppl got there advance /down payment back and I am pretty sure even if they got it there was no interest levied on it. Imagine a common investor defaulting its loan to banks or private financial institutions.... I hope ICICI memories are still fresh in peoples mind. ADani, Godrej, DLF(Backed out) and all other sundry developers are mounting towers of towers concrete jungle at exorbitant prices. Nearly 80% of it is vacant and 90% of it is owned by rich investor or NRI's. There are no markets roads and other facilities and any job opportunities or any other incentive for a common man to move....
