Theoretically, The Rankings might be the above said, But i bet to anyone, Experience HK and the honesty's all 7 letters will be defined through HK people. They are so honest that not easy to explain in words. It can only be experienced.

Though I am from south India, by the experience of living 2 years in Mumbai, I can proudly say, Mumbai is the best city in India.
