He is confused!
by Holiest Cow on Oct 17, 2013 05:18 AM

This man, Anand Sharma is a confused person! He can lay claim to this statement: ""because we have a system which is transparent, open and we have due processes which are followed in decision making" ... if and only if CBI has the guts to name the Itallian family and their stooges in an FIR. Not otherwise. And FIR on Birla is right ... until he is proven innocent.

They have not invested anything
by Dipak Bose on Oct 17, 2013 03:25 AM  | Hide replies

The Privalization process started in 1993 created these massive scams.
The private sector in India do not invest their own money. They steal from the nation. They steal from the banks. They do not pay taxes.
There is no need for the private sector.

Nationalise again
by Dipak Bose on Oct 17, 2013 03:20 AM

Complete nationalisation of coal mines once again is required. Then we can find out which industrialist have taken how much and they all must pay these ack to the government.
However, the government does not want a simple solution.

How come Naveen Jindal is not named in CBI chargesheet? Is it because of his proximity to the mafia (read Gandhis)family?

good news
by prem k on Oct 16, 2013 09:42 PM

this should be happening to every one of the big industrialists because they all have contributed to building a closed, opaque govt in spite of it being "apparently" elected by the people through democratic means. I just hope that court does not get partisan and deals with ratan tata in the same way for his "contribution" in making raja a cabinet minister in the central govt. it is indeed shocking to imagine how much depth these corporates have on our governance.

Anand Sharma.....
by Mukund Joshi on Oct 16, 2013 09:37 PM

Anand Sharmaji, Very nice acting. I think you or your UPA Govt. lead by SONIAJI/RAHULJI, may expected some funds(?0000000????may be more "0's") for 2014 elections which may refused by Mr.Kumar Mangalam Birla looking to "0's".(May be Some in Party's fund and some in your Personnel account).
SO AS PER PRACTICE GOING ON BY UPA GOVT LEAD BY SONIAJI/RAHULJI, CBI STARTED ITS ACTION. NOW ALL THE CONGRESS PARTY LEADERS STARTED SAYING THAT WE WILL NOT GIVE COMMENTS ON ACTION TAKEN BY CBI & MATTER IS IN COURT. THE LAW WILL TAKE DECISION.

Book or no booking...image of Birla has been told to the world rightly.
India and the world has no dearth of rightful and ethical industrialists.

can you pls name one? there is no ethical "big" industrialist in this world - some industrialists like tata have created a cocoon of media-hype surrounding themselves that they appear to be ethical in the eyes of common man. the fact is that their misdemeanors are just not reported widely enough.
