Because everyone knows Birla is clean unlike other crooks in industry. That is why it sends a wrong message to honest industrialists.

Congress trapped all Industrialist like TATA (nira Radia) , Birla (Coal Gate), Reliance ( Gas allocation & 2G Scam), Essar (2G Scam),Jindal (Coalgate Scam)& many more industralist has been trapped by congress.
