Lack of sincerity of employees...
by Discusion Forum on Oct 12, 2013 09:08 AM  | Hide replies

Like all other public sector firms, lack of sincerity of employees towards the organization is the one of the factors for losses. It was reported in a news paper that Air India staff was colluded with private airline to divert passengers to private airlines!! One side Air India flies empty and other side private airlines flies with full passengers!!! Because of influence of trade unions, management cannot take stringent action on staff. This is happening in majority of public sector firms..

Public sector do not think about customers, and org. who do not think about customer do not exsists long.
