What kind of qualification would be required to qualify as domestic help? Definitely it’s a task requiring skill and knowledge, such as Cookery, Cleaning, Child Care, Health and Hygiene. Also, who is going to issue work permit to Bangladeshi Workers? Quite Complicated. How much read tape we are looking at and how much Bribe would be required to be paid by those already living BPL.
This is utter non-sense.Salaries are not fixed like this.This is demand and supply.By doing this, congress is trying to gain votes but instead will loose like domestic workers will loose their work.Same way they have implemented child worker policy...shame on brain.intention
Its time for India to implement rules to provide a Minimum Basic Wage Per Hour common across all works. This model has been implemented successfully in many countries including USA

If the leaders bring in even half their black wealth stacked overseas, India will not only be able to pay off all it's international debts (to the tune of some lakhs per every Indian head) but also have more than enough to plan & implement various projects for becoming a developed nation.
