I have noticed people who are making most noise here and using foul language are from pakistan. Look at their profile before yu argue with any one in the group here. all bashing is done by pakistanis

They use US money. No shame when USA used its machinery to kill terrorist harboured by Pakistan.
Be it Goa or Rishikesh, many of these tourist come with dual purpose, one of their intent is to leech as much and then radicalize (even the Hindus) as well by acting as friends.
The above person fell into hands of the dual purpose tourist and did not know how to deal with it properly.

Not to deny that indian cartel that rules and their kickback brokers are not much different from dual purpose tourist.
just lift yourself all you buddies ,from state agents to one country man/woman.you all are indians ,be indians and don't write like you UP/BIHAR WALAS, OR SOUTHINDIAN OR NORTHINDIAN,do not keep bias for any community/region,if our country needs utmost at this time is oneness,create it and rate our country as whole ,where we stand today ? we will stop fighting and will rerate everything . jai hind.

Bache Maharashtra,Punjab,UP, Bihar,Tamilnadu koi bhi state le lo India is still a very poor and underdeveloped country. Instead of comparing two beggers compare yourself with countries like Japan, Germany, Canada etc. So in comparison to all these countries these states stand at the lowest step.
where poverty no , majority of people have their home, families and telephone, water,power 24 hours,,thns to himachal people lovely wonderful,, nice and cultural
