Tirhut Trust
selflessness
by Tirhut Trust on Mar 23, 2011 10:07 AM

Selflessness is the major character trait that so called politicians lack not only today but since only few years after independence and now perhaps only Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar do preserve it. We wish luck to them for better India.

Megasthenes once wrote that Pataliputra was the greatest city on earth.

Wish that Patna and Bihar returns to its days of glory.

Thanx Nitish
by Nikhil Mandavgane on Mar 23, 2011 09:55 AM  | Hide replies

I sincerely thank Nitish Singh for this sea change in a place like Bihar. If the Governacce wants, it can do anything. Laloo looted Bihar like anything. People were scared to buy a car or build a house as they would have to shelve hafta to this Laloo's goons for any purchase. People from other states were scared of going to Bihar.
Its a very good news that, everything is falling back in line. I have seen the Bihar of 1975. It was much different than in this Kaloo's regime. I'd like to go and see this reformed Bihar. No more should the Biharis be beaten up in other states like Karnataka, Mah, Punjab etc. I wish Biharis all the luck.

appreciate his views and possible comment on it. No finding mistake. Yes Nitish is really doing a commendable job which Bihar missed for more than four decade. Its time, UP people also took a leaf out from Biharis and elect an efficient leader to run the government and put UP in the same line as Bihar for industries to invest in big way and bring smiles on the face of UPwallahs. Only human have the qualities to commit mistake and also to correct it. Its time for UPwallah to correct their mistakes for prosperity. No caste or religion. Perform or Perish. Be supportive and productive in your respective field and see the growth in both your house and state.

Stamp out Maya, Mullayam, etc., as they have never allowed UPwallahs to grow and have taken back them to the stone age.

Why only blame politicians. we people also are responsible for that. Take the case of AP. Chanadrababu naidu did a lot of good to AP including devlopment of konna seema area, the main agricultural section of AP.But the majority of the voting public do not bother about that they vote only taking into conseration of the amount of money they get on the polling day and the quantum of drink. So any thing like this development will have only a short life.

This is just bogus news

Has the naxal problem of Bihar been resolved?

Have the workers started returning from Mumbai to work in Patna?

The best states in rural employment are AP and Maharashtra. Maharashtra has got rid of the naxal problem so has AP. What about Bihar and Chattisgarh where naxal problem is still alive?

BJP states are always bvusy marketing themselves in the garb of India shining or Bihar Shining when the truth is otherwise.

The change is taking place for the better. What is Maharashtra of today is a result of decades of growth @ 10%? Give Bihar a decade to do the same and then compare with other states.

And with Bihar's rise and people returning back will spell doom for Thakkarays.

They will lose the only issue on which they are surviving.
