You said it farmers are dying in M.H. for failure of crops..you are right ..In vidarbha water level is below 300 feet from ground...But Govt. of Maharashtra is trying to develop Nagpur so that peoples from that region will turn over to private jobs and not remain dependent on unpredictable rain.... MIHAN project is example of the same.... I repeat your knowledge is very poor...M.H. have highest nos of industrially prosperous towns than anyother state of india...( Pune, thane, Nasik,Aurangabad,Ahmednagar,Ratnagiri,Raigadh,Jalgaon,Sangli,Satara etc.)
Sorry to say but Maharashtrian politician are better than Naidu's who concentrated only on cyberabad....

Central government have invested heavily in Uttar Pradesh.. HAL, BHEL but their efforts have felt short. Now such industries needs to be shifted to Bihar for providing them the apportunity to develop...

Bihars growth will come from Agriculture - Food processing(Agri industries),Vegetables ,Ethanol etc
2.IT Sector - Infosys will soon open near Patna
3.Its own kids will return from USA and other parts to spur its growth with their ingenuity and skills

Please approach world bank or use good offices of people like Bill Gates to get aid from ADB(Asia Development Bank) ,if Central Govt will not cooperate with you
If you honestly feel that you did not get right support then by all means concentrate on alternative sources God will help you as he himself knows Bihar should be given its due
so defintely Sri Nitishji please move forward and tap all sources as many as possible

with more housing projects ,metro and other facilities ,people from UP are eligible and will find jobs in NCR region(National Capital Region) According to Indian constitution any Indian citizen can goto any part of India to do a job or open his business that is the essence

there is nothing great about the news. Bihar was once a best administered state in India during the period of LN Mishra. subsequent congress and other governments looted Bihar and made Biharies to run away to other states for earning.the blood of the younger generations have been heavily polluted with corrupt mind and today when Biharies face music from other states they realise the mistake and trying to change. But how long this will last is to be seen.Any thing happening good is okay. Nalanda was one of the rather the best university during medieval days.
