Kapil's confusions
by Shankar Kumar on Jul 09, 2011 12:21 AM  | Hide replies

Anyone who watched the live press conference aired on TV wherein Mr. Sibal was trying to convince audience that he did no wrong has clearly seen how guilty he is.

1) He is trying to confuse the matter by pulling in statements like personal scores

2) When the Telecom Secretary was asked a question on whether 50 Crore was a penalty on 1 circle or consolidated of all 13 circles, he avoided answering it straight

3) When Mr. Sibal was asked the same question, he again said, as per the USAL agreement the penalty can be both for just 1 circle or for entire agreement - The only truth Mr. Sibal avoided saying was that there are 13 different agreement signed for 13 different circles. Reliance pulled services in all 13 circles - so saying its Max. 50 crore is making fool of public.

4) If Reliance came and met Mr. Sibal on Feb 16, and told them that they have restarted services, why was he in such a hurry to waive off penalty. Protocol defines that the said letter should have gone back to the DOT committee for verification if the services have been restored or not. Second, ADAG had a pending showcause to which they had not replied to till Feb 16, what was Mr. Sibal doing entertaining personal letters - Mr. Lawyer - Please go back to Supreme Court and play your press conference as your submissions.

Doing postmortem on every single decision from the Govt and digging the decision after a period of time (say 6 months) is nonsense. The scenario, situation and facts may change over a period of time, In such scenario, decisions are null and void after a period of time (say 6 months) and digging such decisions with the current facts and situation is idiotic thoughts

The Basic purpose of the punishment (fine) for a violation is to correction of the mistakes. In this case Rcom has immediately responded to restore the operations, In such scenario, unless these amounts are explicitly stated in the contract, these arithmetic is no more valid

The communist like minded people can stop the growth/destroy any Industry in India. Kapil Sibel can thing about having an expiry date set for all his decisions to avoid legal implications :)!

No decisions in the world is valid for ever since they are taken considering the circumstances, situations, scenarios and implications on that particular time which will change time to time.

-Sibal's 2 sons were working with Reliance Telecom during that period.
-Another confession made by Sibal is that he is representing both Mulayam and Mayawati in courts. Now it is clear why both SP and BSP supremos vote during crucial moments the congis! Be it trust votes or PAC report.

-Another interesting thing is about Chiddu and Vedantta!
-Chiddu was in the board of directors in this company!

Yes, Kapil is quite apparently the culprit. The next in line to fall must be Sibal, a foxy, cunning fellow who cannot be trusted by India. Then, the sleepy, dopey, comatose PM must remove Sharad Pawar. The PM should stop being stupid and brazenly insensitive to India`s interests and remove Pawar from the cabinet. But, let Sibal lead the exit - a man who is out to destroy any shred of ethics in Indian politics.
