REGULATION IS MUST IN ANY SOCIETY
by Rajendra Gupta on Jan 30, 2011 07:45 AM  | Hide replies

It is wrong USA is one of the most regulated countries in world. They have fantastic laws and guidelines for everything including pharma, advertising and sex harassment. The penalties are most heavy for crimes and breaking rules. No society can function without rules. The corrupt babus and greedy businessman would plunder the country if regulations are not there.India is not only unregulated but poorly implemented country.here laws are in papers only. That is main problem.Rampant corruption and unaccountability is main cause of our problems.Indians should feel ashamed. Our judges should feel ashamed more.

Babus hide behind the complicated laws and hence the regulation is compounded by corruption. Try and get things doen by a babu and one understands why we have so many problems in our country. Problens of militancy and naxalism find their roots in the systems and the manner in which these systems are implemented.Remove the unnecessary barriers and see how India develops. Indians do well globally but fail in India - sit back and think about it.

MMS has to satisfy everybody(politicians and Babus) of our corrupt nation to keep his job as PM. Ask Ajit Jogi ,the First CM of Chattisgar who pumped money everyday to Central leaders to keep his CM ship. The same is the case of MMS who allows everybody to loot the country to keep SG happy so he can remain as PM.

It will just fizz out. Or if it gathers momentum the local government will try to crush it with brute force.

OVER REGULATED
by Dwaraka Nath on Jan 29, 2011 09:22 PM  | Hide replies

OH GOD, IS IT SO WE STILL DEMAND NEW LAWS HAVE TO BROUGHT IN TO CHECK NEW CRIMES, OFFENCES. WE HAVE GOT TOO MUCH FREEDOM WITHOUT RESPONSIBILITY TO THE NATION. THERE IS NO FEAR IN PEOPLE TO OFFEND THE LAW AS IT IS EASY TO GET OUT FROM THE OFFENCE.

TODAY I FOUND RAHUL GANDHI TALKING ON CORRUPTION AND INVITATION TO YOUTH TO JOIN POLITICS. I WAS TOLD THAT POLITICS IS THE LAST RECOURSE FOR SCOUNDRALS. WHICH MEANS WHETHER ALL YOUTH ARE IN THIS CATEGORY AND ELIGIBLE TO JOIN POLITICS. MR GANDHI PLEASE CLEAN THE PRESENT POLITICS OF TIT FOR TAT, TOO TOO MAIN MAIN AND HATE POLITICS THEN INVITE YOUTH. HOPE I AM NOT WRONG.

Good governance Vs. Ill and Evil Governance
by vishwabandhubajpai on Jan 29, 2011 09:08 AM

When BJP was in power,it tried to cut-short various obselete and hurdle-some and contradictory laws.
Indian las are such that their provisos will take away the basic of the law, then explanation may re-introduce something out of nothing.Over-burdened judiciary staood mocked,e.g.Chara-ghotala,SC gave node for various culprits to be tried, prosecution and lower court go to shut the cause against those.
There is no zeal, enthusiasm and vote oriented quota filling important posts, having no knowledge of seat ,work culture, only eating guthka, spitting here and there, expecting greedy eyes and toung for extra money, overburdened system and over-filled quality-less employees make only mess of any Govt.office just to keep on passing files wasting time/money/stationary for years on a job which could be disposed in minutes.Introduction of computers in hand of stupid employees employed through bribe having no knowledge could forget to punch descimile key resulting in huge show of dues, imvolving innumerable rounds,follow-up and frustration in getting all that corrected. Why not do they pass such segments to private sectors?
