He was forced to go for liberalisation under world bank orders , and fools in india believed MMS was responsible for turnoround.... its the world bank that shud get credit.
MMS and his UPA gaNG shud get full credit to foolin indians and having series of one bigger scam than the other and blaming BJP for it.

it does not justify poor governance of UPA, paramount corruption in each segment, scam after scams, hard earned money which belongs to you and me stashed in swiss banks and nothing else. Such letters and follow up will certainly open the eyes of the politicians. Politician are thinking that they have taken a free dance certificate for five years, they can do what they think beneficial to them since they and and futher generations have to be there on these seats. They want to amash the wealth in such a proportion that ware houses are required to put these money and use it through trucks in gunny bags at the time of election. A good Governance is only possible when a clear ban is there in intervening the policy of transfers and postings. Politician are to frame the policies and implementation should be there with the buraucrates. Monitoring of lapses in the policy implementation can be reviewed and action on that be taken. A system should work instead of ad-hoc policy, as CONGRESS is always doing for their self intrest-Ministers should remain in power and all matter be with them. WHY BJP POLICY OF PRICING PETROLIUM PRODUCT WAS SCRAPED AND AGAIN IMPLEMENTED< MAKING POOR ALL THE COMPNIES. One Govt. make them rich other make it poorest through dolling to not desiring persons. They can incure huge expenditure on beetal and tea but increase in few rupee can't be tolerated. helo congi fellow, these antics wont work, they are all hand in glove with the congies. All of them will actually wanting a pound of flesh, so they will be greased to keep quiet. Nothing is going to change by these richies who know only to light a candle light and write these open letters, when they are so powerful instead of writing each should have filed a PIL on each subject like the lonely MP swamy has been doing, why noone supports him and joins him in filing PILs, because these richies are afraid of CBI raids which is again a useful tool of the congie govt., only the common man should unite to do something.

It is all this hot money, entering in the market raising the index and runaway after booking profit. We can only boast about the Governance but what it is open to all. PM has to intervene to dispose up the file of CAIRN energy-Vedanta, but no action. Ministers are the least worrid fro PM side, since they are having good rapport where it should be then how we all can expect a good Governance. POWER LIES SOMEWHERE ELSE>
We fools belived this MMS and went for Liberalisation only to make the rich ppl more richer and poor and middle class ppl as more poorer. This MMS is a tool of Capitalist and a true Represntative of USA and mafia. What to do ?? we all shd have realised it in 1996 itself and shd have avoided this MMS.But we all went and choose this MMS only to become more debt orient and soon India will have to pay heavy price for following this MMS.
As an Economist I tell you, statistics can never show or reveal true pics of the economy. This MMS had worked in RBI as a bureaucrat and he never knows the pain of the people until his end

I dont think this MMS is joker or a comedian but a selfish man who spoiled the Indian Economy and wants the chair so as to get the best perks and best medical treatment at Indian Public cost
