All the corrupt politicans should be punished as soon as possible , otherwise it will become a practice , & we will have much bigger scams in the future. The politicans , lawers, doctors & the goverment officals generate the maximum amount of black money & the income tax officals should be after them .
In DTC housing loan principle repayment has been moved out of tax exemption. Removal of tax exemption on housing loan interest accrued was also proposed. Due to builders lobby it was reinstated. Though it look beneficial to aam admi these tax exemption is fueling the ever increasing realty price increase. Because of tax benefit people buy more than one house adding to more demand hence more price. It doesn't make sense to extend unlimited tax exemption on interested paid for the rented house. why one should be given incentive for having a second house. Even if you have one house it encourages to rent it out and you in turn live in a rented house!!!!
Rs. 2.00 lakhs will be nothing considering today's inflation. Something in between 2.5 to 3 lakhs should be there. Moreover, why middle class people should pay the tax as all the money is going to the pocket of Political leaders.
1.FM SHOULD INTRODUCE ONE SPL LONG TERM FIXED DEPOSIT SCHEME FOR INVESTING SUPER ANNUATION PROCEEDS TOTALLY TAX-FREE WITH BANKS. 2.PROCEEDS OF LIC POLICY INVESTED PRIOR TO DTC IMPLEMENTATION DATE SHOULD BE TAX FREE. POST DTC IMPLEMENTATION MAY BE MADE TAXABLE. 3.CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT OF EQUALITY IS VIOLATED IN WORKING MEN & WOMEN WHEN WOMEN HAVE MORE BENEFITS DRAWING SAME SALARY STRUCTURE.HENCE TAX SLAB SHOULD HAVE EQUALITY. 4. HOUSING HAS BECOME OUT OF REACH FOR COMMON MAN. ANY DEAL OF SALE/ PURCHASE OF HOUSE OR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SHOULD NECESSARILY GIVE PAN NUMBER ELSE DEAL SHOULD BE BLOCKED. 5. SIMILARLY FOR SALE / PURCHASE OF CAR DEALER SHOULD NOT SELL UNLESS PAN CARD IS PRODUCED/PAN No.IS REGISTERRED. NO CAR SHOULD BE SOLD WITHOUT RTO REGISTRATION.IT SHOULD BE DUTY OF CAR MANUFACTURER AND DEALER TO COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENT

Any man who complains about women's benefits is not a man in my opinion.
A true man should want to sacrifice more and more for women's benefits. He should never want equality but give superiority to women. As Denzel Washington's character said in a recent movie I watched on TV when he was giving advice to his 10-year old son before dying: "Treat girls like princesses, because that's what they are".
I fully agree with that. A real man is one who is big-hearted. As Vivekananda said, a man should behave like: "Let all the problems of the world come on my head, i will face them boldly and win"
So to hear your complaint about equality with women makes you sound small.
It has been decided that a 10% cess to pay for corrupt politicians and to legalise bribes. This way politicians know that they are providing transparency. For example, Kalmadi may take less bribe as it will be white money. Raja would have saved at least 90,000 crores to the government. This idea has been approved unanimously in the parliament. Opposition asked for the clarification on how much they will gain from this but overall are happy with this legislation
