Nehru brought in tragedy by willful neglect.rulers were incompetent, dishonest, archic in thoughts.We are a scamster nation.MMS,Pc in UPA created waste of finances taht is a scam.No infrastructure was created to reduce our prices and needed goods of quantity & quality.we wasted crores on write off, not on irrigation.If we spend 150000 crores on irrigation & triple food production, we have lower prices.govt has no energy policy.It has FDI or 301 billions by giving interests of 10billion/year.trade deficit is huge.All because wilful negligence.CWG,2g are created by this.Indians wake up.we dont have cheap, honest ,productive rule.

Your assessmet is biased and not based on facts. Mr Manmohan Singh has transformed India into Great Economic Power. Few achievements : -Trmendous Job Opportunities at all level/positions at higher range of salaries which never thought of -NREGA for poor -Good purchasing power for the farmers resulting some inflation -Economic growth at 9% -Five Economic powers visited India and prasied MR MMS capabilities -Creation of wide infrastructure across India judged from Investment and ground realities - transparent and clean Mr MMS Don,t reduce India,s self confidence by maiking falsehood which will make India backward.

we can boast of economic upswing be acause of mms but our foundation is weak as a result the corruption at present has grown thousand times when compared to pre globalization days..the same problem is happening in developed countries like japan and italy..freq change of PMs because of freq corruptions..

It is like locking the stables after the horses have bolted. After the Harshad Mehta scam, there have been other scams also, whereby the public as well as some financial institutions have lost money. In this particular case, it is like making a virtue of a vice. First and foremost of all, the loot money should be brought back. CBI is already on its trail. But before it becomes uncomfortable to the ruling party, CBI may "apply for closure", since it is an organistion functioning on her majesty's service and his master's voice.
Ninan seems to indirctly suggest that if there is process of learning and correction from these scams, then people who are directly involved and the leader who has consistently erred in his actions, can be let off. He is wrong. While, there surely is a learning and correction needed, the guilty cannot be let off punishment. Nor can the PM be obsolved of his acts of ommission and commission.
Forget corruption, corporate favours and contracts. You have a Govt where ministers' kith and kin run corporate empires - Maran, Baalu (UPA I), Sharad Pawar, Deora etc etc. Even a simple code of conduct to avoid conflict interest is lacking. It is toomuch to expect the Govt headed by a 'Honest' PM to set its house in order
The tainted beneficiary and the reformer were different in HM scam. But here in Congress scams, both are one. The reform is not likely to happen as the Indian politicians have adopted scams and learnt the tricks to escape unscathed.
Unless there is a major revolution from the masses,there is no hope.
Are we Indians shameless? Few days back a Congress journalist calls indians ugly, then a congress MP calls indians "bloody indians" and dogs. Next, they will say "Dogs and Indians" not allowed in india. Only italians are allowed. We have become so shameless that no action has been taken against these.We have to raise voice against biased reporting. Google Search "Biased and Racist Journalism" and check the first link to understand how some journalists are fooling the nations. Spread the word please if you have any self respect.
rediff, you actually mean how UPA can regain trust, scam us for another 5 years and pay your stupid journalists to write articles praising UPA. UPA and rediff and NDTv reminds me of the movie Jaane Bhi Do yaaron, how media and politicians collaborate to kill the truth.
When parties fight for lucrative ministries do Indians think that they are overwhelmed by the patriotic feelings and want to bring a great constructive change in the country???? I know whats the answer that came to your mind. Baba then why all this halla gulla?? Minister fought for good ministries with single agenda and they are completing that agenda. Allow them to do that naa... Its all about appointing a cat to protect the milk. and now punish the cat when it has finished the milk... wow hats off to this great intellect or ours....
