Increase physical activities.... like walking, playing etc... anything even if it means window shopping... just do it...this will improve ur metabolism ... then eat salad etc... U can spice them up with chat masala, lemon juice etc... U can also use boiled peas etc... this would make U feel full and U end up eating less junks...

One last thing... 60 KGS for 5.3 aint that fat... also drastic incorrect diet changes can cause issues like loss of calcium, hormonal imbalance etc.. which would cause more problems in the future....

reduce salt. Increase water intake. Stop milk and milk products except curd. Use cycle. Eat only half place twice a day. And last but not least dont worry about your weight...becos others will catch your anxiety subconsciesly too and focus only on it then. Happy wedding.
This is false.The original Coke formula was by a Bengali Chemist and was introduced at 1894 World's Fair and was stolen.Poor Bengali never got any credit
