Ratan tata and clean business man ... not digestable - I admit u r better than Ambanis but can't certify u as a clean business man. However, this is my personal opinion and hope not going to influence anyone. Last phase of your tenure is extremely bad Sir. A good culture u did inherit - but what are u handing over to your successors! that will be definitely experienced by people in future. But u have lost credibility - your brand image by many many things which I don't want to elaborate here. before going, you ask yourself the question Sir: WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR SOCIETY? TATA GROUP WAS ALWAYS PIONEER IN MANY PHILANTHROPIC WORKS - BUT WHAT U HAVE DONE TO MAINTAIN THAT TRADITION? Lastly I say one thing cleanliness is not claimable virtue - it is direct outcome of Godliness of someone - do u rate you Godly? ha ha ha - I am sure u don't .. then how how u will be considered clean? Never Mr. Tata - never ....

Only following people will consider you clean 1) IIm people whom you hire and pay unjustified pay to keep them mum.Same with IIT guys. It is obvious now that you are one of the most currupt. vHave shown that all business people can come up onl by doing curruption. It is only that most business people are fortunate that they could not be exposed. Otherwise money = Business people are the ones who currupt government. after this government and ministers are made scapegoats. It is not just ministers .Both ministers and business taken together who are currupt.
Sorry he has lost all the good name earned so far by TATAs. People admired TATAs but we now see tatas are among the list of some other companies who has the dubious names for wrong reasons
Previously I used to think so. But during NDA tenure your company took VSNL free of cost (Your company brought it for 1100 Cr but cash reserves of VSNL were at the tune of 1200Cr). Latter Singur, 2G Scam and may be more to be brought to light. I am sorry but the Tata's Image thrashed there

You people forgetthe irregularies in Tata Finance case -refer Aug2002.
Many allegations and cross allegations, and people even accused that one Director - removed a particular page from the Minutes Book during a Board Meeting, even asked other Directors to do the same, (removing a particular page - which was signed by all Directors earler to save Tata group.) These people inserted some other resoltion instead of the said page, to cheat Dept of Company Affairs (ROC &Others).
Finally one CA - ex Chairman of ICAI - YM Kale, lost his job from AF Ferguson, CAs.
That time TATAs escaped.
Tatas bothered about image, spend too many crores to build image, but do not respect Honesty even 1% in the real professional and business life.
TCS is the worst software company.....full exploitation of employees and very less salary....although this is the trend followed in all IT companies...TCS is more in this case...i have many friends working in this company...not a single one has recommded me to join this company....
ratan tata...there is no business which can be done without cheating and some fraud....if its clean its social work or charity...ur talking nonsense. If u want to be remembered as a good clean business men...improve working conditions and slash down salaries of all the top management who just loot the company and draw fat salaries everymonth for just sipping coffee

Foreign companies like accenture may give you higher salary but the treatment is very colonial at times and they make you feel second class at work.
I have seen employees trying to pickup US accents,listening to hollywood music, keeping wallpapers of US celebrities and adapting American mannerisms just to please their managers and directors.Although it seems quite weird and funny but this seems to be spreading in such companies.

Yes you are Mr Clean and we have heard those conversations with your Lobbyist. We have seen that (clean chit) letter that you have written about Raja to corrupt Karuna. When there is a chance, nobody clean and no one is corruption free. You can be a good actor, why can't you try acting in movies?.
