ok kapil sibal, let's say it was a procedural lapse from NDA term, so Raja gave the licenses at a low price. how did his brother's and wife's companies made big profit without doing any business ? can you explain ?

price of cotton for farmers in 2004 was Rs. 1800/- and today Rs. 6020/. Why you don't allow the farmers to take advantage of this price rise situation. have you heard about the agitation by farmers during price rise ....never..so why you are jealous Mr. Urban Indian.

Thats exactly the point. As time goes the prices will increase (not to the extent of current inflation though).
So why did Raja gave licenses in 2007 at a price fixed during 2001. This does not makes sense. Companies bought licenses at Rs800 to Rs900 crores and sold within a week to foriegn companies at Rs8000 to Rs9000 crores.

If what Sibal says is right, then the Congress should not have ay objection in agreeing to a JPC to look into the issue since 1998. Will he accept this demand as the BJP has also agreed for this time frame?
Yesterday one of the News Channels showed the Spokesman of BJP claiming that he had copies of letters written by the PM to Raja. So, how can Sibal now say that there was no such correspondence?
It is time a gag order is issued on Sibal for he is suffering from foot-in-the-mouth syndrome and is costing the Congress a lot politically.

One of the conditions for joining congress is you should stop thinking.
