It is quite clear that incumbent in 7 race Course Road has outlived his utility to madam.He is no more in control even on administration which was assigned to him as part of deal while anointing him on the chair of PM. Sibbal knows that 2G scam is biggest hurdle in way of Congress & Rahul to become PM.He is thus firing from all angles & aiming for suitable rewards in future.
NO matter how bad Policies are...it can never be excuse to corruption, Raja has looted country, I am 100% sure the NDA telecom policy never mentioned RAJA and others can take bribe and loot tax payers money in trillions
-NDA did not advance the date of application. -NDA did not let the service providers' (SP) know in advance that the DD should be ready in 30 mts. -NDA could not make miracles like select few SP's getting a DD for Rs.1609 crores from Bombay & travelling to Delhi, all in 30 mts time. (wonder what is the travel time between Delhi & Mumbai) -NDA did not sell spectrum like movie tickets. -NDA did not make operators jump 200 positions upwards.
Do not harp harp on policy issue to prove that you are a clown, people know that you are a clown even otherwise.

Excellent post. NDA sold spectrum for 1600 crores in 2001 and same price UPA asked 7 yrs later, even an illiterate will know that after 7 years the price would go up.

To the credit of the BJP & the opposition,they exposed the 2G Scam of Raja and Congress. Congress should have also done the same when NDA was in power.Why didn't they do it?
Kapil, don't justify your wrong by saying NDA also did it.It only shows your incompetancy and corruption.
