Mr Blogger u r correct,it is not high food prices which ae making people poorer but it is MMS policies ,all it began in BJP period during Bajpayee rule,BJP made propoganda that India is shining but the truth was rich were shining and the poor were becoming dirtiest in terms of money. What BJP couldnt do MMS and freinds has done to India.They made a few thousands rich but made millions poorest.India needs a Bhagat Singh to fight this capitalist desi firangi MMS and Gandhi has to be born again to free from Congis from dynasty and make India a real democracy,at present India is a banana republic.

Omanchandy, Why dragging BJP for the mess? Cangress ruled for 60 years after Independence. do not try to dilute the wrong doings of Cangress by bringing in BJP. Two wrongs do not make it right. MMS( Sonia) allowed Sharad pawar and A.Raja, Kalmadi's to loot India. Why they should not be hanged?

Mr Omanchandy you are very ignorant. In most of the state brahmins from past many decades have adopted family planning (Except UP & Bihar where if you have less brothers you will be bulldozed by power lords) In my state Gujrat / (Adopted Maharashtra) i have seen Brahmins have either two or only one Kid. They give best of education and send them foreign for working as they do not get jobs in India for their intelligence due to the great reservation policies.

Yes. Family planning is the only solution and Govt, NGOS, rotary club, doctors, teachers create awareness of population and family planning.

Family planning should be applied to all citizens irrespective of their caste, creed and religion. Becoz of absence of common civil code we are suffering and continue to suffer unless some serious steps are taken to arrest further damage. However, for sake of votebank no government will do such things. becoz MERA BHARAT MAHAN.

the policies where rich gets more rich and poor gets poorer, the policies were the poor will have to be given free/subsidy food, the policy to try and attract FDI in sectors like Finance/Banking/Insurance/Retail for MNCs to loot us. The facts on the ground are a blow to these policies.
Lal Bahadur Shastry had given a clarion call to the nation to eschew 1 meal a day to bring down the demand for food. We need to do the same again. The least the waelthy can do is eat less and waste less so that the poor can have their quota of the day.
