Let the people of India use mobile phone for free.The companies have benefitted so now its time for citizen to get benefit. The companies should make an offer to Indian citizen to tslk free for year without recharging money. Then we can forget the scam and remember this offer for quite long time

THIS attitude lies at the root of corruption. You cannot monetize crime by paying a fine. We need fairness, not favours. Indians should STOP looking for freebies and free TV sets if they want to be ruled by human beings. Else we will continue to be ruled by demons who gobble us.

Time has come for compensation. Punsihment dont work. if an earning memeber of a family is killed and the murderer is punished by hanging immediately. aLTHOUGH IT will be good justice is done but at the cost of two families whose livelihood is being gone and their kids have to grow in poverty.
We have a law that by way of simple complaint from a woman against anyone can get you jail and book you for milestation/rape etc., without any chance to be given to jusify to accused, whereas all these corrupt politicians and govt. servants and roaming freely looting thousands of crores of public money. What a democracy.

i am surching a derma company urgently to join in orissa as stste head i will b responsible for the sales and etc.
The projected loss is only notional one. The question is if the process was followed or not. Hope we don't push the telecom sector into a crisis and finally people have to pay that burden too.
There is a need to find out how the minister took advantage in the process.
The interesting part is to come out of defaulting companies and keen to see their manupulation. There may be or may not be a minister's link.
Much of politics may be a spoiler and justcie is what people are looking for which is looking coming hard.

The chargesheet says nothing about DB connection neither says anything about how reliance benefitted by stake sale to Etisalat. Very naive chargesheet.
As per the CBI papers, the Govt received 1500 Crores from one 2G-Licese. But the final operator paid 15000 Crores. That is 90% of the money paid by Telecom Operators - looted by the Middleman-Company created by DMK Minister A-Raja's wife and KTV and only 10% Reached the Govt. Now I am paying almost 1000pm for my Mobile Telephone bill. If the Operator receive the License directly from Govt for 1500Crores my monthly Telephone Bill also suppose to be Rs.100/- or even the Maximum of Rs.200/=. So we are paying almost Rs.800/= extra PM - for my Mobile Bill - which is nothing but the money taken by A.Raja & Gang as Bribe money. DMK is simply took already in the past (Telecom Service provided is charging it back from Customer in Present and Future) . DMK took 800pm X 12 =9600per year X 5 yrears = 48000/=. This is for One Cell Phone Connection. If you have two Mobile connection (husband and wife) and paying 1000pm on each - your family already lost Rupees 96000/= to DMK. But DMK is giving 1000 worth TV one time free. or a Mixie /Grinder which worth maximum Rs.5000/= one time free. So Still DMK is gaining 95000.
So even if you pay Rs.150/=pm - understand the real cost of it is not morethan rs. 15 or 20. 80% of 90% of my Mobile Bill is nothing but looting by DMK it has already reached the DMK Minsiters and morethan 200 crores to KTV.

And the money for the TV and Mixie comes from our tax rupees and not from DMK's pockets. They gain everything and loose nothing including their face.

Even in TVs and freebes MK and co make money.TV (junk)is bought for Rs 1500 govt pays Rs 2500.Coal for TNEN at 120$/Mt where as same ship for another co carries same coal at 89$/mt.reuirment of one poer plane run by Tamil nad elecricity board is 200-300 Mt/Hour.There are 2 major plants.Count 1$=Rs 45.Power plants work for more than 300/days year at 24 hrs/day.MK is in power for last 5 years.Even 2G will become small.

If u make calls for Rs 1000, u have to pay for it. When comparing to other countries the call rates of Landlines / mobiles are dead cheaper in India. Dont mix scams with call rates. This scam is the projected loss for the Government exchequer due to spectrum allotment.
