In the rush to implicate respectable billionaires, CBI forgot about the effect on jobs, forex and credit rating.
Will the employees be provided alternative jobs while these telecom companies are shuttered? Who will take care of their families?
They must be presumed innocent until proven guilty. Otherwise, foreign investors would abandon the country and forex reserves start on a freefall and credit ratings slashed by S&P, Fitch and Moody's.

You mean to say today hasan ali ,corupt political leaders and ramalingam raju of satyam also should not be tried under the law as it will effect the employers.Please understand law and order is above all by doing so people will not do in future.

to be aware of reality of these credit ratings agencies take a look at the award wining documentary "inside Job" and you will come to know they are none less corrupt then their Indian counterparts.

DEPENDING ON VIDESHI TECHNOLOGY IS TRAP... a very big trap which take you deeper and deeper in name of modernization/efficiency/etc/. Add a whole new layer of burden and nirbharta. Are we not deep into this trap.
A nation with bicycles, closer offices and closer shops, bus transport to airport and controlled population is certainly easier to live and far better to manage.
About superior weapons of videsh, that can be countered if deshis really took deshi approach to counter it and not the kickback approach.
If raja is acused for getting bribes then Tata and Ambani are also equally acused for giving Bribe. Does our Judiciary system have guts to put these big Industrialists who are the back bone of Indian economy >>

And they will show that they are helping and modernizing and making us more efficient when they are ACTUALLY not, but are making us more nirbhaar. videshis buy from us what they make us nirbhaar upon. which is not the right way. It is like making a Lion nirbhar on videshi carrot and loose what it is good at.
