Honest people - Pls come forward and control corruption
by abcdef on Nov 29, 2010 03:11 PM  | Hide replies

I am sure there are still honest politicians left in Congress, BJP, Communists and other political parties. While the likes of Raja, MMS, Venkaiah Naidu etc. instills little confidence, I am sure there would be some honest and good souls within these parties. Let them forcibly express their views (even if it embarasses their own party like Arun Shourie did). We need more such honest souls to come out and take control.

-Congress sole agenda of divide and rule is paying high dividends.
-For example in your Maharastra, ShivSena has been divided and so the votes. Therefore Congi again in power in Maha.
-Its high time someone to divide Congress party too. Karnataka is trying it, as well as Andhra Pradesh .
-Lets, the patriotic Indians divide into bits the corrupt, talibanised congress party so that they maynot be able to come to power this century and then we will see India grow.

ovt. of Maharashtra has floated CIDCO (City Industrial Development Corporation)
A State Govt. undertaking which is the most Corrupt undertaking of the Govt.of Maharashtra. Instead of being a agency for providing housing to the middle and lower class at reasonable rates it encourages price escalation for the benefit of few builders and Bureaucrats.

Some of the ugly/ Shady Deals of CIDCO include

Allotment of land under the 12.5% scheme to fictitious Companies, polictians.

Change of reservation of plots for commercial use

Railway Station Complex Scam
The station complex Built By CIDCO at Nerul , Vashi, CBD. The commercial areas was sold in the open market as Built up arae=carpet area ( 95-150 ) % loading in 96-98 at higher rates. In the year 2004 The same commercial premises were sold as built up area= carpet area 30% Loading to friends and relatives and front men of the Mktg dept of CIDCO at a discounted price. Imagine built up area of two adjacent offices of same carpet area are different.

Extra FSI to CIDCO directors Housing Society
Prathamesh society where the Directors of CIDCO was allotted prime property at throw Away prices .

Systematic Destruction Of mangroves and reclaiming land and blatant violation of CRZ Rules.

Had there been VAT on corruption then 175k crores, 70k crore, 1500 crore, Housing scheme bribe etc..
There would have been a total collection of more than 50,000 crore through the corruption which could have boosted the economy and increased the GDP.
SO legalize corruption now for higher GDP

corruption in high places was always there in India.

After Independence Indians should have done coercive equalisation, but instead adopted voluntary methods. Voluntary social reforms did not take place. The corruption is merely an easy way for the oppressors to prevent social reforms.

India has set the cart before the horse. If Indians really then they would have to adopt forcible removal of inequality without waitingfor economic development to remove it. Economic progress should be attempted only after the societies has been removing the inherited inequality of Indian society.

Re: Re: Congress
by vivekanandan shankar on Nov 29, 2010 03:25 PM
Dear all, there are two main issues which have to be addressed if we have to think about reducing corruption.
1. castism and quota by castes rather than merit
let us assume that in a horse race we pair a race horse along with a jutka horse and say that even if the race horse comes first the jutka horse will be awarded if it completes the race then where is the fairness.
the people who are not able to keep the country's prosperity as top priority are in the decision making postions and they are being guided by these caste based minions then naturally disaster will strike.
2. voting for parties who have politicians who are more than 45 years of age in the candidature
when India has such an able knowledge bank in the youth why do these old "vice" people want to be in the ruling seats. they do not have any sincere goal to prosper the nation, but to prosper their own clan
dear youth think, lets get into action rather than being just side watchers and commenting on these idiots raping mother India.

Is there any choice for public? You have to select amongst the available sources.waht we have to select? who is less evil, who is less corrupt or who is less harmful? will the election commission give us the chance of negetive voting i.e is if you do not like a candidate, you can vote him negetively. So my dear friend, this is what India is.This happens only in India.
