Cancel the Business License for all those companies who involved in this SCAM. and call for re-Auction. And get the money back into Treasury. This should be a Lesson for those, who do business unethically.

Ranji its not so easy. Today most of the licenses are allotted in a unfair manner and unfortunately we all are using services of all these telecom service providers. SO if the licenses are cancelled, most of the indians will be with a mobile handset but no network :-)

We must teach lesson to the Ministers and Corporations. Nationalize the Telecom companies until find the suitable buyer, with out paying anything to the Company Owners.

I hope Supreme Court should pass this kind of judgment in this case.
Nationalize the companies, Guilty have to spend rest of their life in Jail and punishment for causing loss to the Nation is Corporate Owners and their Kin will not get any thing out of it in the Nationalizations Process.

well said...and who will pay the salaries for teh employees of these cos and the maintenace costs? Well try do some reasoning before typing stuff on message boards.

It is really shameful that as a citizen of India where GR8 leader have shed their blood for the freedom of the Nation against the British Raj...Today also the same is happening..The Politicians are just doing like the British Raj...taking the common people on Ride..Todays politician in India just have only one thing in mind "Apne Sapne Money Money".Really Shamefull.Let it be the "Adharsh Society,Common Wealth Games,Telecom 2G Scam etc etc",why we Indian give vote to such corrupt politicians? They mave money through the Commom man pocket....Sometimes it is very FRUSTATING..
Congress is the leader of the coalition. DMK being just a partner can not take all the benefit without giving the major share to its leader, All the intelligence Agencies are under the control of congress and hence without the knowledge of congress others can not carry any benefit. Having shared the loot how can the congress tell Raja to resign ?? Thatswhy they were if fix and could not force Raja to resign. Blaming only Raja is foolish. Please understand, all.

RAJA and DMK are top class b;lackmailers, kangress was afraid to take action, only due to opposition relentless attack they had to concede....or this crook and his crook master in TN would have continued to fool ppl.
