it is not the matter of present day but it has been continuaing since independence.such frauads and scandals are responsible for india being the no one country with highest povery% in the world and also the reason for being the terrorist hit hub.
If the government confisticate the assets of those who benefitted from 2G spectrum scandal and revoke the licence granted to them and reacution the 2G spectrum, will not the exchequer be able to recover presumptive loss incurred in the earlier process? Will it not deter people to enter unholy method of obtaining government licences?
Its shame for all the citizens of our country...Raja has looted the taxpayers money and our Prime Minister, Finance Minister, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and entire regime Kept watching as there Government was dependent on Raja. Raja would have even continued further if CAG Report and Supreme Court would have not come in the picture. These people should also be treated as cheater / Conspirator, who supported or protected Mr Raja at the time when he was committing such fraud. A case of criminal Conspiracy against Government of India should be register against all these people and all licences granted by Raja should be cancelled with immediate effect. Further government should cease all assets of the companies whom they have allotted the licence. I think now People of India must understand that how so many people from India get added in the list of most richest people of the world every year. Its simple..........no hard work...no luck....its cheating my dear friend its happen only in India

2G SCAM ROCKED THE PARLIAMENT. INSPITE OF HUE AND CRY BY THE OPPOSITION PARTIES JPC WAS NOT FORMED. GOVT. SHOULD NOT SHERK ITS RESPONSIBILITY IN FINDING OUT CULPRITS OF 2G SCAM. WHOSOEVER MAY BE THE EXAMINING BODY THE PURPOSE IS TO FIND OUT AND PUNISH THE CULPRIT. SUPREME COURT ALSO TO EAMINE THE CASE ON PRIORITY AND ORDER FOR PUNISHMENT AT ONCE. JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. ENTIRE NATION IS LOOKING AT THE SCAM AND WHETHER THE PERSONS RESPONSIBLE ARE PUNISHED OR NOT. It is tragic that the only alternative to Congress is BJP. It was Pramod Mahajan who cut telecom deals (Remember that his son in law got Reliance commn shares worth crores?) Now it is Raja who has cut the deals. Congress is epitome of corruption while BJP learnt from them and made money. The communist politicians are probably the cleanest but the citizens care a damn and keep them out of power! Who do we vote for?

It will be interesting to see who all from the Congress get included by the new CM in Maharashtra in his cabinet. If Congress is serious about appointing clean people, they will have to keep some powerful people out!

I dont mind if Congress leaders from Maha join NCP for few years and keep High command marginalized.
NCP and Congress leaders from Maha should know that NCP is their safety net. Quite the same is applicable every state with a regional party.

THE SUPREME COURT SHOULD TAKE STRICT ACTION & MONITOR ALL INVESTIGATIONS & ENSURE THAT CRIMINAL CASES ARE FILED AGAINST ALL THOSE INVOLVED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.THE COURT SHOULD ALSO BIND AGENCIES FOR A TIME BOUND INVESTIGATION & ALL TRIALS SHOULD BE HELD IN SPECIAL COURT SO THAT GUILT ARE SEVERALLY PUNISHED & IN FUTURE ANY OFFICIAL OR MINISTER CAN NOT DO SUCH SCAMS.THE ROLE OF PMO IS ALSO UNDER CLOUT AND IF EVIDENCE IS FOUND THAT PMO HAS NOT ACTED BECAUSE OF POLITICAL REASONS THEN THE PM SHOULD ALSO ASKED TO RESIGN.WE DO NOT WANT SUCH GOVTS WHICH CAN NOT PROTECT PUBLIC MONEY.
