We Indian's have very short memory. Nobody will remember the scam after a few months.
Its taken for granted that the politicians can rob the poeple and can go scot free without any investigation.

What a Scam

The Finance Minister did not think twice when he increased the Customs Duty and ED on fuels, knowing fully well that these are inflationary in nature. His only argument was that he needed to reduce the deficit. But, it is a pity that he is totally silent when the Exchequer has lost almost a quarter of the deficit in this scam. There is just no move by the Govt to get this money back. It is therefore clear that the Congress would rather fleece the commonman - its mascot the Aam Aadmi- rather than stop corruption.

The Aam Aadmi is a good sloagn to fool the people, i beleibe PM himself is corrupt, kangress has done well to sell his man of integrity image, but if that is true he would rather resign and get away from the job if he can not run it honestly, its clear he is also getting his due and enjoying the crrupt powr in india.

That should be true with the CWG Scam and probably with all the scams till date. It is no wonder that not a single politician has ever been punished.

Who is he to decide if he has done a wrong or not? All he can claim is, he did not have any wrong intentions.

In any ways, he did not do any good to the dignity of the cabinet/govt/nation by hanging on to the ministry. If he was absolutly sure that he did no wrong, he should have set a precedent by imposing an enquiry on himself and letting in function without his interference. Why did he have to wait until CAG slammed him?

There is a saying in Tamil which I translate in to English. It goes like this. The Honey Picker will lick his palm. But in this case what must be invetigated fully is to find where is the Honey and who holds it?

What a Shame!!

The Supreme Court on Tuesday was critical of the Prime Minister for taking 16 months to decide on whether Telecom Minister A Raja could be prosecuted for giving away 2G spectrum at throwaway prices in 2008. "The alleged inaction and silence is worrying us," said the court. In November 2008, Subramaniam Swamy, former Law Minister and Janata Party leader, wrote to the PM asking for permission to prosecute Raja. For Raja to have been prosecuted by a court, the PM's sanction was needed because he was a serving minister. In March this year, the Department of Personnel (who the CBI reports to) wrote back to Swamy saying that since the CBI was investigating the case, it would not be appropriate to consider Swamy's request at this stage. The Supreme Court is clear that Swamy's complaint against Raja was not vague. He categorically referred to undue benefits given to telecom companies like Swan and Anil Ambani's Reliance Telecom. The CAG report has underscored the same point, stating that Swan seemed to serve as little more than a front for Reliance Telecom, effectively allowing Ambani to collect more spectrum. The Supreme Court wants the Solicitor General to find out what happened during the year between Swamy lodging his complaint in November 2008 , and the filing of an FIR in the 2G case in October 2009."For good governance, there must be some time-limit for granting sanctions, if not three months. But 11 months is too long,"

Indian supreme is a big joke controlled by the RSS and its cronies like Swamy; In which country ( so called secular) the supreme court could stop a mjor engineering project by confusing mythology and reality? You guessed it! It ought to be India.

Congressis needed some time to transfer all their trackable swiss bank ,benami accounts, properties and the hard cash so that when the actual enquiry starts (if ever it does which is hardly the case) then it becomes difficult to track anything.
