ONGC should got either I'st or second be-coz, 1)ONGC is Highest profitable company in India either from PSU or Private .2) ONGC Market Captable is Second in India Just after RIL.ONGC Got Position after BPCL HPCL NTPC is no fair. I think writer has less knowledge about ONGC.
