this is the biggest joke.all companies who had operations in kolkata have either shifted or shifting projects to brnaches in other cities due to rampant politics in kolkata.
Dear in Kolkata all industries have sut down, how come you peole brought that in this list? Its real funny and seems that this news has been bribed by the CMP Govt ;-)

tcs has shifted oracle practice to mumbai and chennai. capgemini in kolkata too is sick with no projects and they are struggling to get projects from other indian branches. cognizant shifted most projects to chennai. pwc failed more than once. IBM has plans to move everything away from kolkata. wipro kolkata is almost empty. so how is kolkata top IT destination?

Gurgaon and Noida are only good for low-end BPO...Chandigarh is a full of rich heirs whose wealth wasnt self-made..and Jaipur???..is it a city, the first place???..but then yeah, North India hardly has cities..so any place with a bus becomes a city,..poor chaps!

We belive in Quality of life and not in increasing population , If you have ever read any credible source , you should know Punjab and haryana are most prosperous states in india no 1 and 2 in prosperity in india.
