THANKS TO AXIS OF EVIL OF MINISTRY , BABUS , SERVICE PROVIDERS ..... THIS AXIS OF EVIL ... NEVER ABLE TO CONVINCE CUSTOMER ABOUT GOOD SERVICES ... BUT ALWAYS SUCCESSFUL IN CONFUSING CUSTOMERS ... WITH EVER CHANGING PLANS AND TARIFFS ....

3g is third generation phones - a standard - like 2g. htc makes 2g/3g/4g phones. 4th generation is supposed to be wimax/ lte.

naah, we are like a few countries inside one. so one part of the country needs food, others might need some tech.

you think ppl below poverty line need 3G to fill their stomach..... if you call 3G as "all around" progress, then i guess government should start giving 3G enabled handsets in Ration shops.....

In Saudi Arabia it was Indians only who did the Job. We first test it like Researchers test on White Mouse and if Succeed we will adopt it. So now we are adopting it after success.

I understand u consider saudi people to be brainless, fact which no one can deny is that they have better infrastructute, modern facilities, less or non existant poverty, all pepole have access to basic aminities..... now it really makes me wonder who are brainless saudi's or self proclaimed genius "indians".

Yes you are right... Even they are now rolling out the 4G(LTE) network. We are very late on this.

good for the arabs. we'll get onto it slowly. there's no tearing hurry in placing infrastructure thats very expensive. when the tech becomes cheap, we'll install it. we dont have oil money like the arabs. let them subsidize the tech for us, by implementing it first!

my friend we are very smart. look at wht we have done in other countries. the only problem is attitude. we use our super brains to pull each other down rather than taking all on a path of progress. tht needs to change
Goverment has done bidding in order to earn more and more out of it, but now as it costed 65,000 corores for the mobile carreiers to obtain the 3G licence, it will be surely very costly affair.
Re: The bidding will make it limited to upper crests.
by sandeep padhi on Jun 01, 2010 03:15 PM
no wonder that 65,000 crores will be recovered frm ppl like u and me, so it is we who are indirectly effected...... how wise our government is boasting that 65000 crore is in govt.'s kitty, not mentioning that half of that amount must have already vanished as i am writing this message, you know where.......

thats ok, we dont need to pay top dollar for latest tech. its best that we adopt things a bit slow, we'll get it for cheaper!
I think it is a very revolutionary step. Seeing face to face and talk is a completely different experience altogether specially where families have to live in different cities.
