Corrupted Pawar
by Vishal Sharma on Jul 07, 2010 02:35 PM

There is an dialoque from a Nana Patekar movie which says that "In India Politics is good business to make money which also delivers Power and wealth. Politicians never retire or quit...either they Die or are killed". Hope there is end to Pawar soon along with all corrupted politicians of India.

Mr. Pawar and Mr. Praful Patel both the biggest scam holders in the government have made their bit now want to move out when there are questions that could be asked.

Pawar is an ineffective as Arjun Singh was as HRD Minister....
by Globalcrusador on Jul 07, 2010 01:51 PM  | Hide replies

The PM should not miss this opportunity to ease him out and replace him with younger minister who can bring in fresh thinking into this Ministry. Pawar has been simply holding on to the Minister's chair rather than contri-buting any fresh initiatives and that is why we face the food shortage in the country. Worse still is to allow tonnes of wheat to rot in the rains in the open in Punjab and Haryana, even when there was adequate time to take timely remedial steps. The country can do without his services.

There is no food shortage in India. If proper warehouse facilities are made available, our country can feed all the people and maintain the price level. Vegetable prices can be brought down only by bringing more land under cultivation by offering more incentive to farmers. Since India is not a major crude producing country, we are forced to import huge quantity of crude oil at exhorbitant cost. Since number of vehicle population is increasing, demand for diesel/petrol is also increasing. Only solution is to go for electric car amd improve the public transport facility in our major cities.
