Beijing has one of the best transport system in world, In my stay of around 6 months i hardly ever face traffic jams and problems due to it, even the taxis there have to pay bill at the end of ride and which mentions start and end point of journey. Delhi should be in 1st in such survey folowed by Kolkata.
Surveyors has missed the city Like Indian cities such as Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Bangalore. Pune, Ahmedabad and Chandigarh scores better on city traffic than all our metros.

bhagat, teh reason is heavy influx of migrants from remote corners to teh cities...we focus only on IT and every one wants to become an IT specialist. even a farmer's son wants to be an IT , a mechanical guy wants to become an IT etc..lets change this perception..lets give fresh lease of life to other neglected areas like physical sciences, finance, bio, farming etc...

these are also the top 6 populous cities across the world and also top 6 most dirtiest cities as well..and world fear us..thank god..
When it rains everything goes for a toss. Even otherwise, Hyderabad has worst traffic jams. Most of it due to the fact 90% of the road users do not know how to drive. Autos, two wheelers and RTC buses are the culprits here.
There is no mention of mumbai,bangalore & kolkata,which I have found worse sometimes than delhi...these reports r baseless...even smaller towns in india like patna,lucknow,ahmedabad r no better.... The autos,cycle rikshaws,cycles,bikes,cows,buffalows makes traffic jams worse...
I took my Chinese, German, Japanese, and American visitor friends to Taj Mahal and they were raving that India is BEST country in the world, clean, efficient, and well organised.

AGRA is clean??? We have that mentality to guide the foreigners through clean areas...Let these men go to AGRA station,open mass drainage will greet them...so dont be biased...
