Its a good step in order to make Rupee a global currency such as Dollar, or Pound. If it has a symbol, it can be identified and valued all over the world with ease.

Its good to hear about new design, this will help to capture corrupt babus, police and gundas while exchanging old currency to new one. I am eagerly waiting for that day!
