The recent fare hikes in the DTC buses and Noida roadway buses is certainly not welcomed by the common masses. Today I have to pay Rs. 200 as fine in the DTC bus. I am warning Delhi CM sheila dikshit to immediately return the penalty amount within 3 days. I am controller of you all people. I can travel in any government buses free of cost. Your authorities cannot ask fare from me. Now, since offence is commited by the DTC official. Therefore, the DTC will have to repay heaviest penalty for this misdeed.

IT IS TRUE THE PEOPLE INVOLVED IN MAKING BUDGET ARE INTELLIGENT AND CALIBER. BUT MANY OF THEM HAVE NOT SEEN OR EXPERIENCED IN LIFE ABOUT POVERTY AND HOW BELOW PEOPLE BELOW POVERTY LINE LIVE. A SMALL INCIDENT I WANT TO SHARE. FEW YEARS BACK A TEAM OF TOP OFFICIALS INCLUDING A MEMBER OF PLANNING COMMISSION VISITED A SMALL VILLAGE WHERE A BANK WAS HAVING A LOAN MELA. THE BENEFICIARIES HAD BROUGHT THEIR SHEEP, GOATS, COWS ETC. TO THE BRANCH. ONE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE VISITING TEAM CHIDED THE BRANCH MANAGER OF THE BANK FOR FINANCING SHEEP, GOATS ETC. HE ASKED THE MANAGER WHEN THE PEOPLE THEMSELVES DO NOT HAVE RESOURCE TO LIVE, HOW THEY WILL FEED THESE ANIMALS. LATER THE VET.DOCTOR WHO WAS WITNESSING THIS EXPLAINED THE ADVANTAGES OF SHEEP/GOAT REARING TO THE TEAM. THIS SHOWS THE KNOWLEDGE LEVEL OF TOP BUEAROCRATS.
