A SMALL INCIDENT I WANT TO SHARE. FEW YEARS BACK A TEAM OF TOP OFFICIALS INCLUDING A MEMBER OF PLANNING COMMISSION VISITED A SMALL VILLAGE WHERE A BANK WAS HAVING A LOAN MELA. THE BENEFICIARIES HAD BROUGHT THEIR SHEEP, GOATS, COWS ETC. TO THE BRANCH. ONE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE VISITING TEAM CHIDED THE BRANCH MANAGER OF THE BANK FOR FINANCING SHEEP, GOATS ETC. HE ASKED THE MANAGER WHEN THE PEOPLE THEMSELVES DO NOT HAVE RESOURCE TO LIVE, HOW THEY WILL FEED THESE ANIMALS. LATER THE VET.DOCTOR WHO WAS WITNESSING THIS EXPLAINED THE ADVANTAGES OF SHEEP/GOAT REARING TO THE TEAM. THIS SHOWS THE KNOWLEDGE LEVEL OF TOP BUEAROCRATS.

i feel,that this budget should suggest larger investments in infrastrures,agriculture,power sectors.The FM should be bold engough to offer verious packages for industries which will help them to face the onslaught of international competition.common man should get income tax reliefs. dr.a.v.bhuleshkar
These all our ministers knows that the maximum revenue is collected from the commonman's need, because all Income Group people are comming in this category(All need the basic things), the only differnce is higher income group people have money to pay and others manage it with difficulties(Still remains to think how the poor people manages).

Indian Government is always trying to make the fool to his own people. after the budget, the government will announce the reduction in the price of commodities (e.g. cars, automobiles, steel made items, etc., etc.......) but after two-three months and/or so... The breaking news will be all the car manufacturers will increase the cost of their respective cars by 2-10 %.
