Looking at the figure of 80 lakh crores in scam, no can say that India is poor. It show that if need be every indian can have a decent. However the politicians and businessment dont want the poor people to survive. No doubt crime is rising

SUNTV Show called 2G Comedy Time
by Patriot on Jan 03, 2011 09:56 PM

SunTV which showed Jaya & Sasi stealing money, buying 200 pairs of shoes, having an Amphi Theatre inside her house should now show Kanimozhi building Malls buying all properties inside City, Azhagiri/Stalin funding their sons to produce movies, & the whole gang looting money by building bridges wherever not needed. Not sure why so many bridges and destroying the city's beauty while no improvement in traffic..rather they could have invested in suburbs and taken the population outside of city...also now DMK owns Hindu office, Addison Paints all on Mount Road and Hindu RAM (the aethist, communist B&%tard) who criticizes everyone, keeps his mouth shut as his daughter is married to one of the Marans.

2G scam should be an eye opener
by raja moses on Jan 03, 2011 03:54 PM

2G scam it seems is the mother of all scams. Our parliament has failed us miserably. That it failed to detect such an enormous scam only proves that our constitution is just not functional. All our systems are politician centric who have the appetite to swallow billions of rupees and impoverish India for many more centuries. Democracy has not worked in India and the system shelters all crooks and thugs. The Indian politician is the rarest of the rare breeds because can pay bribe and take bribe. He can bend and brake the law and still be considered a leader... India is really a nation in despair!!!!

It shows all scams occured during the Congress/UPA period. History shows no scams occurred during the NDA regime. Is it correct.

This is a very sorry statement. NDA has coffin scam... Hotel Leela scam, engineered riots like cong did and so on. You seem to be stupid not to know that all politicians are the same. In other words UPA & NDA are two sides of the same coins..

The so called Coffin scam was a bogey , Whay exactly CBI could not find clue and had to close case under the Congress rule.
Importing Aluminum caskets was an emotional stupid decision may be just blind aping the way US brought back bodies from Gulf war in decent condition but the price payed 5000$ for each peace was actual market price becuase things are quite expensive in USA perticularly if they relate to emotional things such as funeral.
At the height of Kargil war someone made a stupid decision to import the exact same casket as they were lightweight to airlift and durable but then George Fernandis had to pay the price in terms of his impeccable reputation of integrity

BJP is a worse choice. Congress is taking care of common man through various schemes - medical insurance for poor, waivers for farmer loans, NREGS etc. That is why the common man love the Congress so much. BJP only boasts about 'India Shining' and other gibberish in order to please the NRIs and HNIs. So election after election the common man is punishing the BJP but yet they refuse to learn their lesson. Look at TN. Karunanidhi is even giving cash gifts of Rs 500 for poor families this Pongal. Congress and their allies care so much for common man. Let BJP also show the same care for common man and then they can have a chance of winning elections. Instead they vent their frustration at Congress by stalling parliment. BJP talking about corruption? How ludicrous. Ask even a child in India the question - Who is the most currupt CM in India? and the child will reply Yedurrapa. BJP should clean it's own house before hurling abuse.

Giving cash or unskilled dole is not the best long term solution. They say teach a person to fish he can manage for his whole life. Give him fish, it will last only for a day. So, we should ensure governments focus and teaching self reliance and skills which are in demand to people.

NREGS is biggest joke it should be renamed "National Money Guarantee scheme for congressis"

Every year 80,000 Cr rupees are being pumped in without any accountability and this is the main reason for inflation.
