Mostly we blame for politician and others for corrupted India. Let us start thinking differently for "How do we change India?"

We used to have some hope on something will improve the India, what? we don’t know but we hope. Most of us are waiting for a SUPER HERO to come and get rid of all this corruption. Based on this theme only most of the films are box office hit when Hero plays any SUPER HERO role likes IAS/IPS/Minister or even Robin Hood. People are happy to see at least in film. But most of the time we stop there or blame politicians/officials and go back to the shell to forget everything until media find next corruption.
Every one of us having a role to play as a citizen of India. Most of educated and employed never goes to polling booth and stand in the queue, because it is insult. What to do?

1.      NOT addict for a party, once you become party follower, you always dislike other party for whatever the reason and likes your for party even they sell the country? It must be changed

2.      MP and MLA are law makers, but they are not administrators. So they must stop intervening in day to day administration. They don't have any responsibility, but they force the Govt employees to get any jobs done and corrupt them for their benefit

3. Computerize all the system with single window system. If you are going for RTO for whatever the reason, front desk collect your application and give receipt to with deadline for the service. All officers in the backend must process the file in the order without any delay. If fail to meet the condition, then reject with proper reason. Puplic can collect the response in the same window with receipt. The status should also to be tracked in internet like passport.

4. There is no status tracking system in Govt, it must be implemented.

5. Every transaction above 10000 must be transferred through check or credit/debit card.

6. All unaccounted money from each individual must be accounted or Govt will take it back.

7. Severe punishment for all criminal activities. When criminal activities must be multiplied by 4 times if he repeat the mistake. Life time should be 40 years instead of 14 years.

You must have better ideas! Please start sharing it!

We need not be a Super Power! Because we never invaded any country. Let us be corruption free, it gives us strength and everything!

Happy New India and New 2011

Transparent communication help to remove the biased nexus between corporates and politician. If some business does mistake their license must be cancelled and also fined for the wrongdoing.

Now in 2G Scam every license must be cancelled. This will lead to big loss for the wrong doers, so automatically they think twice before do any corruption.

Also politicians must be punished!

Corruption pits politics against biz
by lakshmana murthy on Dec 30, 2010 01:34 AM

My message may not even be posted because this article on rediff seems to be a paid article.
Having said that, let me state why the situation in India seems to be biz vs political.
1. There r so many parties and everyone wants a piece of the pie.
2. Every politician spends a bomb to get elected how will he earn the money for the next election plus his ROI if he does not get his share from businesses?
3. Businesses will not make the kind of profits that is required to get cheaper loans or to be part of forbes 500 by being honest, employee-friendly, customer-oriented, etc.
4. Every politician needs his cut to look the other way while 3.
5. Government officials cannot be left out while their bosses enjoy the loot. So, Government servants will seek a bribe for moving a finger.
6. So, people aspire to have a comfortable government job and end up paying huge joining fees. This is recovered by collecting more bribes from people who depend on those Government officials.
7. In comes a new entrepreneur with a small idea and loads of greed. And he is pushed into the quagmire of corruption and ends up at 3 above.
What has changed now is that there is more information available... partly due to RTI. The unknown tribal will not take things lying down. He will protest (probably to make his own cut). And the next wannabe politician (inspired by 2 above) will ensure that no business is set before he gets his cut.
Corruption, you see, has come full circle.

""Take up an issue immediately, not after two years when money has already been pumped in. If you have to stop a project midway, the impact can be backbreaking. Lavasa has been going on for quite a while now," says Godrej Group Chairman Adi Godrej."

Loopholes in Lavasa's reply: Jairam
by raman govindan on Nov 30, 2010 07:18 AM

Lavasa has been hitting the head lines and visible to even ordinary citizens for a pretty long time. the advertisement blitz is visible. one has to simply surf the net to get the detail of their plan. what do the the district revenue officers, agricultural officers, environmental agencies and town planners do? don't they apply their mind on such topics? there should be, besides giving permission, sanction, land acquisition etc. have a simple intelligence set up to know what is going in their jurisdiction.

now the Adarsh Buildings in Mumbai faces threat of demolition.

Is it not possible to survey and gather the information in advance and take remedial action ?

welcome to the banana republic of India

Sir Winston Churchill...
"Power will go to the hands of rascals ,rogues, freebooters; all Indian leaders will be of low caliber & men of straw. They will have sweet tongues & silly hearts. They will fight amongst themselves for power & India will be lost in political squabbles. A day would come when even air & water would be taxed in India." Businessmen had a good time when the politcians is used to dance to their tune. Businesmen is used to get land cheap, laws were made in favour of the rich, Mining leases were given cheap. Now the new generation entrepreneurs also want a level playing field like what happened in 2G scam. The nation has been looted both by corrupt politicians and unscruplous businessmen. For the middle class and the poor people it has been hell.
