Which is correct title or body? Title says 1,632,659 and body says 1.4 millions. Did IR fire employees before rediff wrote the body ;)

The combined stength of staff of diffent companies as mentioned in rediff can beat any country. It also seems that the staff are healthy unlike india where most of the people looks malnourished.

As per your statistics Indian Railways strength showing 1,632,659 and China National Petroleum corporation have a employee strength of 1,649,992. Then how Indian Railways in second possition and China's Petroleum in third possition????
