yes - it is benefitting to politicians. so caLLED PEOPLE REPRESENTATIVES AT GRASS ROOT LEVEL (PAnchayats), burearocrates, corporates, media playing roll of mediators, NGOs, dallals, rich to became more RICH,terrorists, drug peddalers, land grabers, antilawfull activists, goondas etc, & still 27% public is living below poverty lines (less than rs.45-) and further 50% are at povertylines (less than rs.90-perday). we are at hunger index worst than pak. we have no health / edu, food, physical safety.so only politicians are allowing to loot public and alongwith fii s, bureuacracy. 12000 people are capturing 1/3 money of country and our great goi is providing releif to these 120000 with 120000 crores in the year 2010-11 , but only 40000 crores allocated to NAREGA for 27%BPL - 32crores population.SIMILARLY FOR POVERTY ELEVATION LOT HAS BEEN LOOTED BY NGOS WITHOUT GETTING UC. IS IT REFORM WE ARE HAVING.
