the architecture is good but I think it would look better if it was having few storeys and ..the building was duplicated a few times next to each other.

I recently heard that hubby of that Shilpa Shetty also bought one flat at Burj Khalifa. But one thing is sure Rate in Dubai real estate is cheaper than Mumbai rates.

Mumbai is money making machine for rest of india. Builders are concerned about money than humanity. I can say costliest in whole world as quality of construction is very bad. Most builders are either politicians servant or mafia's.

Please note most of these buyers have earned wealth outside India. India is fast developing and people earn here too now, wait, the percentage may come down in later years

Yes, UAE should take more money from keralites as tax because they flooded middle-east as cocraches
