a Non-Tata Means the Doom of its Business Empire.

One intentional or unIntentional Error can doom the conglomerate.

I don't think, the Share holders are such a Fools, to crown an outsider.

Who cares where he/she comes from.
What benefit will it bring to any one other then Tata's them self.
Tata's are a family run business and will only benefit the family and not Aam Adami.

It does matter, else what the next line of leaders should look forward to, if the criteria to take the top position is not capability but blood.
Anyways, in our country where dynasty rules, what else can we expect.

Tatas - Yesterday, Today & Tommorow
by Kashyap Ray on Aug 12, 2010 07:30 AM  | Hide replies

Tata group is professionaly well managed. In any Marwari group there is a Marwari from Stores Dept, to Works Manager to Purchase Manager to Vice President to Owner.

In the Tata group there are very few Parsis at all levels...

Also the Tatas do not have many political links like other business houses.

Thank God there is Tata group in India and we hope & know successor is already ready and he will definitely be a Parsi...

Ratan has done a wonderful job and his successor will do the same we hope...

Tata group will go on ....

Today. Tommorow and Generations to come...

Very True. The other major business groups are basically exploiting the country's natural resources and its people . These business groups are parasites and the cause for India's misery and poverty.

One should have have unconditional allegiance to Tatas founder till JRD Tata.

One should learn from them how to move from a small community to dominance in all fields through hard work.
