Kaiash : nothing worng doing any work or any job...but the way Indian IT companies and MNCs looting India talent under low cost tag is the concern...no over time rule, no unions, no value for massive stress type jobs, the pay and value for human working is far bellow the standard compare to West ot Uk or US. Why avg indian Programmer want t owork in USeven thease guys d't have skills...just to enjoy the life as the min pay rules saves them

brainy works are recognised whereas muscle power works are being ignored and less paid. any illiterate person can learn and do IT work . Whether a IT person can discharge any manual work of a labourer? NEVER
Any one of you have any inside knowledge of this Noida based software company. I have heard a lot about this company from many people including their present and ex employees. This company has many muslims working with many even in top positions and most of them are not even suitable and capable of the positions they are holding. Share your thoughts and knowledge about this company, Heard they are into many illegal activities as well.

TCS is a super corrupt company. These 'madrasis' (south indians) have made this company a totally bankrupt. Earlier CEO Ram DOrai and now N chandra and so many other in the top management are relatives of each other. They all have made enough fool of the public, tata and its employees.

IN general and typical terms,,, this is called as T factor which is ther is evrey It conpany in South regeion as the heads of most of the IT firms is from TN hence they do prefer TN guys and natuarally T facor guys does encourages TN guys regardless of talent as TN leads need do survive in life.

I am not a Madrasi (not even a South Indian) but can you kindly explain what you mean by madrasis have made this company totally bankrupt? Do you know TCS is the biggest (in terms of exports) of all the IT companies in India, so how is is bankrupt? And do you know for sure that those people are relatives of one another or are you just frustrated with your personal life and just looking for an outlet to vent your emotions? In a country like USA a company can sue you for millions of dollars for trying to scandalize a company without any proof. Thank your lucky stars that you are in India and can get away with such things.

People working in HR,Admin,Travel with IT companies are earning 2/3 times more than their actual salary by means of having nexus with service provider. I know a guy who used to work as a Car Shuttle coordinator with salary of about 15K per month.He has his own Santro and a Flat in Vashi area.

Idiot,moron - what I'm trying to tell is there is a gross corruption in support staff of IT companies. There travel coordinators have nexus with Cab providers,who inturn dont follow any due deligence and employ drivers with alcoholic or criminal background. I'm not sure if you are from IT bkgrnd or not,there had been so many cases in pune where gals working in IT companies have been abducted by cabbies. Also,if you go canteen services of IT companies,Admin Head gets a clear cut from service provider every month. I'm telling all these things after being the member of Employee Memeber -Canteen Committee and Travel Coordinator in my company.
Now coming to your comment - think rationale,dont just link un-related topics and pass your judgement. When calling others mentally retarted,you,youself are proving your wisdom to others and what you really are.

EU debt issue will ratlle Stocks all over world..specifically Gujjus as thease guys always want to make easy money through stocks
The top-line has increased because the IT companies have made the employees to work for more hours thereby make more money on the same resource. But now the work hours are not yet reduced

I am not sure if its working 9 hours a day-they usually say 8 hours 1 hour of lunchbreak. I mean,they are all billed for only 8 hours.
Now Tatas, Azim Premji & nrnarayan m will do the best thing, i.e. revision of their contracts by increasing prices of their jobs at the rate of $ 39 rather than currently they have done at $ 49 . So noone has to worry because Indian companies are increasing prices of their services by 20% . So, there will not be new competition from Africans, Bangladeshis & Srilankans in future!!!. So, hurry toast for Indian ITans. Best Luck.
