Imagination plus Engioneering,Imagineering is the success mantra for successful entrepreneures.Filipowski, chairman and CEO of Silk Road Technologies, lessons on successful entrepreneures include trust your instincts; develop solid mentors; hire young, smart people; and pick industries that are going through a sea change. He recalls how a two-dollar ATM fee he once paid at an airport spurred him to start his own ATM network featuring out-of-town banks. Other ventures he helped create were a credit card processing center for supermarkets, duty-free shops on cruise ships, and his current stint at General Catalyst, a private equity fund. Filipowski, who founded software maker PLATINUM Technology and sold it to Computer Associates International in 1999 for approximately $4 billion, said one ingredient for his entrepreneurial success was doing enough deals to get lucky every once in a while. He still receives royalty checks in the millions of dollars each year from a $40,000 investment he made in a pet business, which he thought had no chance of succeeding.
After reading ancinent Indian scriptures I have an idea of turning iron into gold...It true but whether it is commercially viable that I am not sure about any idea...
It is wonderful to read such young talented bunch of people working hard to pursue their dreams. You all can become an inspiration to lot of people who would like to follow their dreams but due to lack of support from the society they have to work like a bondage labor in some MNC or in 9-5 job. I believe the concept you are using is fantastic but there are improvements which needs to be done if we have to be abreast with the western world. The western world have now started using the power of solar cells which can be utilized portable electronics and small portable applications. Please try to expand your organization and with such qualified bunch of people you can easily make your way to success. As Ankit father used to tell him about Einstein, I would like to wish if your organization can become one of the world's best organization. All the best !!!!!
