What kind of success have you achieved ? Success is always success. It is not highlighting! It is just acknowledging how good they are working !
Many non-iitians also get highlighted by the media.
It's really mean on your part to demean their success
looks like some refreshing ideas. I would suggest the company to venture into military products in big way! This could launch your company in a different league. Its better to focus on a segment so that you build competency in that area. Also try selling your products to other countries first don't depend on indian defence.

There are n number of such achievers, they should be brought to notice and their ideas & efforts followed by others. There is not substitute to committed hard work in right direction.

India is full of IDEAS, but people want to be pushed and constantly encouraged. The youth power is wasted in flimsy things like movies, songs, biking, driving and enjoying.

An idea is worth nothing, if the will, ability, diligence and capability is not there to execute on it. BTW, most bright and enthused people love doing things other than just putting their heads down and work... they like to work hard, and play hard. So biking, driving, enjoying is very much the part of unwinding exercise needed by bright minds as well.
YOu three guys have set milestone achievment for all Indian as well as world. i feel so bad to read such article today after 2 years of your work. Wish could be a small part of your work in any way i can. You are a a truely inspiration of anyone also myself. Hats off . I am eager to become part of your work in anyway i could if get a chance.
I am thrilled to read this article. Brave heart soul..we need budding engineers like you...I often felt indian education system should change radically to produce many such talents..our education system should pick up something from the west..i find it wrong to stress too much on exams and stuff instead should concentrate on developing an alround personality
