by D S on Sep 15, 2009 05:18 PM

under pretext of security it certain indian companies that want monopoly.

Much better, ban all foreign couriers agencies, they can carry sensitive information and compete with indian courier agencies.

Foolish move by goverment
by bikerbony on Sep 15, 2009 04:55 PM

This is a modern world and technology is at its crore, IT boom all happened coz the Mans own creation INTERNET became a valid reason for everything, There is nothing without a side effect even medicine has some sort of its effect when its used more regularly, These kind of issues should be tackled by the goverment without harm.

Internet is more in our lives, especially for those old people who callup and speak to their son and daughters for those technicains who work in IT to keep things smarter. Every got dependent on it, nobody can stop this now, only monitoring proper regulations can help, Dont scrap something when u dont know how to alter and make use of it. This words are to be considered by the Kangress goverment, who are boneless for securing the country and digging their own grave pits by wasting time in words instead of actions.

So get the damn technology to monitor and trace VoIP calls, instead of affecting genuine users.

Next will be emails, then internet, then even mobiles phones and then land line phones. If we start using pigeons, they would ban that as well.

Skype will not be affected. Skype transfers the call as regular packets.
