I already have HTC Dream which claimed to be world's first phone on Aandroid 8 months back and supports all the functions shown above.

Verizon has it's branch in Hyderabad Raheja IT park. And the employees are already using it. They are planning for version 3.0

Haha .. very funny..Verizon & Motorola are launching this on November 4th. The employees of Verizon in India work for VDSI (Verizon Data Services) group who have no connection to Verizon Wireless..So they must be using it in their dream.

India is one of the biggest cell markets in the world. Why don't manufacturers introduce these sets in India with their international debut?
Cell service providers should get these manufacturers to introduce these here too.

I feel the problem is the 3G network which these kind of phone requires. Suppose in UK the iPhone is available on contract with O2 and gives unlimited web browsing which is not available in India, internet on phone is still like a luxury here. So probably this might be the reason of not launching in India as you cannot use its full potential.
