According to our guru Shri Mananeeya Mulayam Singji we should ban all computers. Why do you want teraflops to do you calculation when 500 million Indians are jobless. Go look on the streets, wherever you will find people sitting on sidewalks and footpaths smoking, eating, or just chatting and looking into empty space. We should hire all these people dump them into one big room and get them all to do number crunching. This way our leader Shri Mulayam Singji will get the problem of unemployment solved and with India's population you can never beat the teraflop/MIPS performance.
