Most of the 3000 will be coolies without nay qualification. ICICI felt this to be very good business coz there is no repayment commitments. Long term maony free of cost. So let loose 3000 on the streets to campaign for collection with a bowl on hand! ICICI Bank is in trouble due to housing loan defaults and hence this tactic! Within next 3 months you can expect "Excuse me Sir. I am from ICICI" knocking your door.

Well said Rajesh. They will hire recovery people as currently they need to collect there money back from deafulters..
I am sure 80% of them will Most them are AGENTS Standing in front of office....and distributing booklets. some 10% will be in office and calling you, please.......sir take this ...... 10% chasing behind above 90%. This is what they call employee.

V. True .. to my knowledge also they have closed many branches because of no business and they term it as "rationalisation of branches" and also reduced there workforce obviously... Rashmi
