Aright move at right time. Present times are suitable for induction. simultaneously training for reducing drop out should be thought of. Need is tohave a ownership feeling rather than manage to survive apporach. it is more in substance in the context of agency managers assignment. After appraisal in ICICI this year,lot of Branch managers are demoted since they cant attain the target.Some of them was not able to attain even 5% of the target.Only the mangers who have NRIs in their vicinity was able to do the business(since Dollar value appreciated,lot of NRIs tansfered their funds).The managers who have branches near IT firms,Construction and near Slums are mostly hit.

Friend you are true, Cheating 5 Lac People is the motive beind recruiting 3000 People in India.
These Sales people are like GOD who would cheat once and then would disappear leaving behind the poor customer in the hands of Cheats.
If you have any options in hand, pls dont join ICICI or any of its ventures if you dont want to be part of the biggest robbers ever. They are waiting to rob, the moment a customer steps in. Also the feedback I have got about ICICI from employeess are also not positive. So think twice before joining ICICI, advice everyone u know as well.

I think rediff should pass on all these messages to ICICI, so that, they will come to know exactly where they stand on people.
