dont worry we will pay some kickbacks to get a better place.may be no 1:)Only our system runs in corruption, to get birth certificate ,to get death certificate(they may issue that to yourself !) , to bury some one , to admit someone , to release some one , roads , electricity , license , to court , to get bail , release from jail, not to file case , to file case , every where and every thing.So i believe we deserve the first place...painful.I dont know how much we bribed to get nuclear deal or how much usa give us to take nuclear deal..

you're exactly right... there's no field left in india that has been left untouched by corruption... it's really painful but it's the fact... and what is more painful is that indians still seem to neglect or ignore this fact... instead of improving the country... we still like to chant slogans such as 'mera bharat mahan'...
