I have lodged several complaints against them with Mumbai Nodal Officer,Applette Authority and TRAI,but in vain.

Before reliance launched its GSM service, the buzz was already out anticipating lower call rates like it offered at the time of launching CDMA service. Reliance did just the same, they saved on advertising cost and offered SIM @ Rs 25 with talk time of Rs. 75 each month till next six months. Reduced call charges to 50 paise. The other operators were forced to reduce call rates, some of them want on to give even the free SIM. Hritik or no Hritik, Reliance itself is enough to galvanise it's market

Can anybody tell if reliance's ad agency Mudra communications( correct me if the name is wrong) still exists in the market. I find it ironic that despite having a ad agency in its conglomerate and being largest private comapny, reliance has not been able to come up one exciting ad in the recent years. If indian ad makers are not competent enough to make a good ad, give it to some International agencies, Anil Ambani...
First of all it is not good ad and secondly in the whole ad it never conveys message......Reliance comm launching GSM.....still i am think they are advertising for CDMA network.
Please make good ad which easly conveys what product you are going to lunch.
Believe me, among all operators......TATA is very much genuine in billing and also their CDMA tariffs are very cheap.

today everyone have mobile just because of RELIANCE.........
POOR people have mobile just because of RELIANCE.........
I and YOU keeps 2-3 mobiles just because of RELIANCE.........
Call rates are reducing day by day just because of RELIANCE.........
Other network has reduce the cost of sim and call rates just because of RELIANCE.........
Today a Rikshawala has Mobile just because of RELIANCE......... . . . . . . . . . . . . OTHERWISE WE WILL BE TALKING 8.50 Rs./Min for Outgoing and 4.50 Rs/Min for Incoming. . . . There may be little bit bad network but one who bring every hand Mobile was......RELIANCE

you are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. Reliance only changed mobile industry in India. I just recalled Dhirubhai Ambani saying to their sons "Launch Mobile company only if you can compete with Post card" (15 Paisa !!!)
I will keep believing Company founded by "DHIRUBHAI"
