In past 3 years and 6 months I never faced any overbilling issue with reliance. It's upto you who select add ons to rave up the costs.

I'm sure either this is a fake message by a Reliance executive or Vaibhav Gangal is working with billing department of Reliance and hence could easily manipulate his own bills.
why abuse reliance alone, all of us have had bad experiences with all the mobile cos.,
I have idea, air tel and reliance in the family and have always found clarity in Reliance network. DONT FORGET RELIANCE WAS THE ONLY NETWORK WHICH WAS WORKING IN MUMBAI ON 26th/27th July cloud burst / flood....
and why talk of trust etc., its not a bank or investment co....... c'mon they are not as bad
I am not agree that Hrithik can do any thing for Reliance....reliance services are not good, their network, their billing system etc are not good at all. I don't thing anyone can do any thing for reliance product.
i dont think so it is a company they r a group of theft need money eat money and they are just uselss. i was the most affected person by relaince land line service they are nothing but a piece of shit

They are very much robbing us. They deduct various amounts without even informing and getting it back requires running from pillar to post with their worst customer care services at *333.
It will not work out with Hrithik. Only if they improve their customer relationship and their services. However, it looks like they are only bothered of profits and nothing else.
